Privacy notice
This is the privacy notice for the AI Teamspace waitlist. It says in plain words what we store, why, for how long, and how to be removed.
This notice will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Who is responsible
The AI Teamspace team is responsible for the waitlist. We will add our company details here before launch. You can write to us at any time at hello@aiteamspace.com.
What we store
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address
- your answers to the two optional questions, if you give them: which AIs you use, and the size of your team
- the language of the page you used (English or Greek)
- the time you joined
- a one-way code made from your IP address (a hash with a salt that changes every day), used only to spot and limit abuse; we do not keep the address itself
This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time.
Why we store it
We use your email address to write to you about AI Teamspace, about once a month, from the day we open. We use your answers to decide which AIs to connect first. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you remove yourself or until the waitlist ends, whichever comes first. Removing yourself deletes your entry at once.
Where it is
In the European Union: the waitlist database is hosted in the EU and the server code that handles the form runs in Paris. The hosting provider (Vercel) is a company based in the United States, and it serves the pages themselves from servers around the world; those pages hold no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
How to be removed
When we write to you, every email will have a link to remove yourself: it opens a page with one button that deletes your entry. Until then you can use the form below, or write to hello@aiteamspace.com.
